Relationship intelligence
Remember less.
Relate better.
Synap keeps the details of everyone you know, so you arrive prepared and follow through on what you said you would. When a conversation turns into business, the introduction gets the credit.
Invitation-only access. One email when your place opens.
In focus
What matters comes forward.
Everyone you know stays quiet in the background. The one person, the one promise, the one good introduction resolves sharply, just before you need it.

Capture
Say it once.
Talk it through on the drive home, tell your assistant, or type a line. Synap reads it against what it already knows about each person, then files the conversation, the credit and the follow-up. Nothing saves until you say so.

Orbits
Know who is due.
Everyone has an orbit. Synap suggests one and you can change it. Promises you made always come first.

Boards
Business that remembers where it came from.
Set up a board for each business with your own stages. Move a deal in one tap, see where opportunities stall, and work backward from your goal to the conversations you need.

Every favor counts
Introductions are only half the story.
Some people send you clients. Others pick up the phone when you need an expert, bring you to the right event, or back the cause you care about. Synap keeps track, so you know who has been good to you and where you owe one.
Scores stay simple and explainable: a few one-to-three ratings, never a black box. Unknown is never treated as zero.

Quietly kept up
The details gather themselves.
Between the moments you capture, Synap keeps track of the rest, so what comes forward on your Today page is already right.
Mail and meetings log themselves
Connect every Microsoft 365 mailbox you use. Synap notes who you wrote to and met with, never the message itself, and asks “Who’s this?” about addresses it has not seen.
In the news
Synap watches the news for people in your closest orbits and open deals, and hands you a reason to reach out. Hard news shows as a quiet note, never a script.
Dates that matter
Birthdays come forward before the day arrives. When you connect Microsoft 365, dates can also reach your Outlook calendar and contacts.
Met someone new
Photograph their business card. Synap fills in the person, checks whether you already know them, and asks only for what is missing.
Everyone, brought in
Bring people in from iPhone contacts, Microsoft 365, Google, Pipedrive or a vCard file. Review each person at your own pace; first check-ins spread over time.
Names, heard right
Say a tricky name a few times on that person’s page, and voice capture spells it right from then on.
Optional · Briefings
Walk in knowing who you are meeting.
Turn on AI and online research when you want a briefing before a meeting. Synap brings together what it can verify about the person and their company, with links to the public sources behind it. Unconfirmed claims stay out.
For people you already know, the briefing starts with what you know: your last conversation, open promises and who introduced you.

Your contacts, your choice
Keep the details in step.
Choose which source supplies contact details. Synap can use iPhone contacts, Microsoft 365, Google, Pipedrive or a vCard file, and keeps your notes and relationship history alongside them.
In the iPhone beta, you can choose to write a person’s updated contact details back to your phone. Synap asks for Contacts access and skips people it cannot match safely. You can turn phone sync off for any person.
Names and settings illustrate the opt-in flow. Your private notes and scores stay in Synap.
Your assistant
Built to be asked.
Synap does not add another chat window. It opens a secure connection so the assistant you already use can read and update your relationships: log a call, brief you before a meeting, or suggest who to bring to Saturday's golf scramble.
Private by default
Your notes, scores and history belong to you. AI and online research are separate choices you can turn on or off.
Works with your contacts
Choose the source you trust for contact details. Optional iPhone write-back respects your Contacts permission and each person’s sync setting.
Groups that pay off
Track the chambers, clubs and associations you belong to, and see which ones actually bring you business.
Stay meaningfully connected.
Synap is opening to a small group first. Leave your email and you will hear from us when there is room.
